We offer a set rate of R85 delivery to anywhere in South Africa. If you place an order worth R500 or more there will be no courier charge in South Africa. Please note we do not deliver via courier to PO Boxes or remote areas like farms and outlying plots/homes.
For all major cities delivery takes 2 – 5 working days with a courier service option. We do offer an option to send your order via the Post Office, this service is mainly intended for remote areas who cannot use a courier service. Please note this service takes 5 – 7 working days.
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late' delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However if your order has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
We ship worldwide and we offer two different delivery methods to our international customers : Standard Delivery (7 to 30 working days) or Express Delivery (2 to 3 working days). The costs vary according to the total weight of the order and the destination country. The options will be presented to you, together with the costs, upon entering your address at checkout.
Please note that our "Standard Delivery" international shipping parcels do not come with a tracking number. If your order has not been delivered after 30 working days, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
All "Express Delivery" orders will be sent with DHL on airfreight and delivery time is 2 to 3 working days depending on your location and customs delays. Please note that delivery might take longer if the parcel is held at customs. For Express Delivery you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please note that for all international deliveries Mbiri is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be applicable in the country of delivery. All costs over and above the shipping rate that is paid for at check out are the responsibility of the client. Please be sure you are aware of your countries importation system before you place an order. Mbiri will not take responsibility for any damaged or lost parcels. Please be sure that all details are entered correctly when you are filling in your shipping address. If the wrong order is delivered to you please contact Mbiri within two days of delivery and we will then refund you for the incorrect item.
