They will process, dispatch and arrange delivery for all EU & UK orders therefore their own delivery options apply. SOUTH AFRICA & NAMIBIA
We offer a set rate of R115 delivery to anywhere in South Africa and Namibia. If you place an order worth R650 or more there will be no courier charge in South Africa and Namibia. Please note we do not deliver via courier to PO Boxes or remote areas like farms and outlying plots/homes.
For all major cities delivery takes 2 – 5 working days with a courier service option. We do offer an option to send your order via the Post Office, this service is mainly intended for remote areas who cannot use a courier service. Please note this service takes 5 – 7 working days.
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so ‘late’ delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However if your order has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
Mbiri will not take responsibility for any damaged or lost parcels. Please be sure that all details are entered correctly when you are filling in your shipping address. If the wrong order is delivered to you please contact Mbiri within two days of delivery and we will then refund you for the incorrect item.
